Who am I
Teaching applied self-awareness, I help individuals confront their fears and uncertainties which keep them from pursuing their full potential.

Good leaders possess confidence, transparency, integrity, authenticity, empathy, compassion, passion, are responsible and action-oriented. These nine traits have become my ethos as a leader. We are all good examples of "what to do" or "what not to do." As leaders, we must all choose the kind of leader we want to be. We self-direct our life, by accepting responsibility for who we are, defining where we are going and then becoming that leader.
