Who am I
Teaching applied self-awareness, I help individuals confront their fears and uncertainties which keep them from pursuing their full potential.
Good leaders possess confidence, transparency, integrity, authenticity, empathy, compassion, passion, are responsible and action-oriented. These nine traits have become my ethos as a leader. We are all good examples of "what to do" or "what not to do." As leaders, we must all choose the kind of leader we want to be. We self-direct our life, by accepting responsibility for who we are, defining where we are going and then becoming that leader.
I can help you become the leader you want to be by asking powerful, thought-provoking questions that will reveal current patterns which are presently impeding or blocking your progress. As we work together, you will discover within yourself new thought patterns to support and advance you on your journey to becoming an inspirational leader in family, business and community.
